Greensboro, N.C. - During the 1980s Greensboro was considered one of the top 10 markets in the country to live. The city's image has fallen by the wayside since then. Community leaders knew they needed to redefine their messaging and brought in Quixote Group to design and implement a brand image campaign. The campaign, Greensboro Connects, included a series of community forums, executive interviews, competitive market research, development of a new brand image and identity, logo development, an ad campaign, media relations, new collateral materials and a launch event, all of which sparked an increase in community dialogue, media attention, buy-in from civic and community leaders and national recognition.
